Suncoast Marketing Partners in 1997 and operates as its managing
partner. He is a marketing executive with over 35 years experience
with leading consumer product Marketers and promotion agency
services, with the last 8 years focused heavily on the electronic
in-store marketing industry and Internet promotions including
search engine marketing and optimization.
Mutzl’ s broad-based experience includes
advertising and corporate communication campaigns for both
consumer and business-to-business audiences. He has held a
number of management positions involving traditional marketing
management responsibilities including CPG promotion, retail
merchandising and sales. As an SMP consultant, he served as
vice president of CouponBasket.com, an Internet start-up,
where he was responsible for all marketing activities, facilitating
internal processes and coordinating outside strategic partner
programs.
Previously, he served as senior director of
corporate marketing at Catalina Marketing Corporation where
he planned and directed all corporate marketing activities
during an aggressive five-year expansion period. In addition,
Mutzl has been a partner in The Pacific Marketing Group, a
West Coast based full service promotion agency. He also held
a variety of senior level marketing and promotion positions
for leading package goods marketers including R. J. Reynolds,
Del Monte Corporation and Carnation Foods.
Mr. Mutzl, along with Edward
Woods, are the co-creators of both the Searchenginomics
™ process and the Search Engine Economics (SEE)
industry.
